1. Modification

X-Poker reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, suspend, or terminate any part of the Services, or to modify these Terms at any time.

"X-Poker Content" means all content provided by X-Poker, including software, graphics, designs, trademarks, logos, and game-related materials.

6. Ownership

X-Poker owns or has the legal right to use all Services and X-Poker Content, including all related intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights of X-Poker Content to users.

7. X-Poker Content License

You are solely responsible for User Content you submit.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. No Infringing Use

You may not use the Services to upload, distribute, or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

10. Ratings, Chat, Comments and Feedback

Users may communicate through chat, comments, and other social features.

Users are responsible for their own communications.

X-Poker may remove content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate.

Any feedback, suggestions, or comments provided to X-Poker may be used by X-Poker to improve the Services.

11. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency

X-Poker provides virtual items and virtual currency solely for entertainment purposes within the X-Poker application.

Virtual currency may include:

• Virtual chips used exclusively for poker gameplay;
• Diamonds used for purchasing virtual items, emojis, time extensions, VIP features, and other in-app entertainment services.

Users may obtain virtual chips through gameplay activities.

Virtual chips may be won or lost during poker gameplay. However, virtual chips are only used for entertainment purposes within X-Poker.

Virtual Items and Virtual Currency:

• Have no real-world monetary value;
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods;
• Cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money;
• Cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged between users;
• Cannot be used outside the X-Poker application.

Users do not obtain ownership rights in Virtual Items or Virtual Currency.

Virtual Items and Virtual Currency are provided under a limited license and may be modified, suspended, or removed by X-Poker when necessary for operation of the Services.

X-Poker does not provide real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or cash prizes.

12. Orders and Payments

Users may purchase limited licenses to use Virtual Items or Virtual Currency through authorized payment methods.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Purchases provide access only to virtual entertainment features within X-Poker.

Purchasing Virtual Items or Virtual Currency does not provide users with any opportunity to obtain:

• Real money;
• Cash prizes;
• Financial rewards;
• Real-world goods or services.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play.

13. Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with purchases made through the Services.

14. Mobile Operating System Providers

If you download X-Poker through an application marketplace, you must also comply with the applicable terms of that marketplace.

15. Interactions Between Users

Users are responsible for their interactions with other users.

X-Poker is not responsible for disputes between users.

Users should exercise appropriate caution when communicating with others.

16. General Prohibitions

Users agree not to:

• Cheat;
• Use bots, automation tools, hacks, or unauthorized software;
• Manipulate gameplay results;
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• Conduct fraudulent activities;
• Sell or transfer accounts;
• Trade or exchange virtual items with other users;
• Use the Services for illegal activities.

X-Poker reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate actions.

17. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party services.

X-Poker is not responsible for third-party services or their privacy practices.

18. Termination of Accounts

X-Poker may suspend or terminate accounts if we determine that users:

X-Poker does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

21. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify X-Poker against claims arising from:

• Your User Content;
